Group Ginger have been appointed to come up with the design for the redevelopment of Blakey Moor Terrace in Blackburn by the Blackburn with Darwen Council. The scheme is a key part of the multi-million regeneration of Blackburn’s Blakey Moor. The scheme intends to breathe new life into the row of terraced properties.
