Castleton Mill Retrofit
Group Ginger are pleased to share proposals for a full retrofit of Castleton Mill Production Studios.
The scheme sees the commercial retrofit of an existing steel framed warehouse building, exploring opportunities to improve building fabric and performance to target an EPC B rating. Proposals include new insulated cladding to walls and roof, thermally efficient glazing, and upgraded building services to provide comfortable and efficient work spaces for creative start ups.
