Group Ginger are working with the council and Quarterbridge market specialists to test the feasibility of a flagship regeneration proposal for a new market, commercial space, cultural and leisure uses and a substantial number of affordable homes. The study will define an exemplary market experience. The variety balance and mix of uses will be determined by their potential to deliver a vibrant and viable mixed-use development which will extend activity and animation into the evening and enhance the night time economy of West Bromwich centre. The ambition of the project is to celebrate the uniqueness of the mix of uses and to establish a key destination with genuine distinction which is relevant to West Bromwich and its residents. We see this project as a as a catalyst for the future vibrancy of West Bromwich centre.
