We are working closely with the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council to develop Blakey Moor Terrace and help bring forward Townscape Heritage grant funded projects in the Northgate area. Since November, we have been busy working on a design framework that will help tackle some of the difficult details around shopfronts, shutters and signage. We will also be able to offer their services to develop grant applications for your property. 

An event will be held on the 28th January 2020 from 1.30pm to 4.30pm at 29 Northgate, Blackburn which presents an opportunity for you to see what we have been doing so far, discuss your property and find out how we can help you access grants.
