The proposals adapt part of the wider development scheme with U and I; friarsgate, a comprehensive regeneration scheme designed by group ginger. Tenders have been received and preferred contractors identified with the intention of starting on site in May 2018. Initial demolition and preparation works have begun with the demolition of the former garage building on the site.
