Group Ginger's refurbishment of the grade II listed Scarborough Market has been shortlisted for the Constructing Excellence Award 2017.
The indoor market has been shortlisted for both the Project of the Year (Buildings) as well as the Preservation & Rejuvenation categories for 2017.
