Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent design skills and creative thinking
• Work through each design stage from conception to completion
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project success
• Research materials and products and understand their application, constraints, and suitability in different environments
• Formulate design intent and decisions, and present them for discussion in a clear and articulate way
• Possess excellent design and visualisation skills, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe software
• Have knowledge of current UK construction methods, building regulations, and planning policies
• Create full drawing packages for tender and construction
• Possess methodical and analytical thinking with high attention to detail
• Manage and oversee construction projects to ensure they meet quality standards
• Demonstrate a proactive and ambitious approach to the role
• Work well as part of a team with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Show commitment and enthusiasm
• Embrace diversity and act with integrity at all times
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
